The concept
For one evening, a hotel becomes the most exciting fashion address in town.
Each room is styled by a designer or brand and opens its door to guests. You meet the people behind the labels, try on new collections, discover what’s next and shop it on the spot. Then everyone heads up to the party.

Doors open in the early evening. The hotel lobby fills with the city’s fashion crowd: stylists, editors, buyers, creators and fans.

Every room is a pop-up showroom. Meet the designers, try the pieces, shop exclusive collections and discover new names.

The evening ends with the after-fashion party: DJs, cocktails and the whole crowd under one roof.

What is Fashion Room Service?
Fashion Room Service is a fashion event created by OZON Magazine in 2011. For one evening, designers and fashion brands turn the rooms of a hotel into pop-up showrooms, where guests meet the creators, try on and buy their pieces. The night ends with an after-fashion party. It takes place in Athens and Thessaloniki.
Is entry free?
Yes. Entry is free for all guests, in both Athens and Thessaloniki. Just come by during opening hours. (Ναι, η είσοδος είναι ελεύθερη για όλους.)
When and where is the next Fashion Room Service?
Thessaloniki: Thursday 19 November 2026, 17:00 until midnight, at Colors Urban Hotel (new wing), Agiou Mina 18, co-produced with OFFRADIO. Athens Christmas Edition: Tuesday 15 December 2026 at President Hotel, 43 Kifisias Avenue, with the party at Penthouse 21 on the 21st floor.
Who organises Fashion Room Service?
The event is created and curated by OZON Magazine. The Thessaloniki edition is co-produced with OFFRADIO.
Who attends?
Designers, fashion brands, stylists, fashion editors, journalists, buyers, multi-brand boutiques, influencers and the city’s fashion and art crowd: around 2,500 guests in Athens and 1,500 in Thessaloniki.
Can I shop at the event?
Yes. Many participants sell their collections directly to guests on the night, which makes it a favourite for discovering new designers and for early Christmas shopping.
How can my brand take part?
Each participating designer or brand gets its own hotel room to present and sell its collection. To book a room, write to pr@ozonweb.com.
